An assembly on the passing of queen Elizabeth II delivered by many members of staff and pupils. A member of PMGHS expresses the death of our queen –
“Queen Elizabeth’s death has shocked not only the nation, but the world. In my life time I have only ever known a Queen on the British throne and now we have a King. Although the Queen was 96, it still came as a great shock to hear that she had passed away. A great lady who continued to work up until 2 days before her death. An inspiration to us all.”
