Over the past few days, we have witnessed devastating scenes from the affected area.
According to authorities and charities in Syria and Turkey:
• Over 5000 people have lost their lives, though this figure is expected to rise significantly.
• Many buildings have collapsed and thousands have lost homes.
We will be working alongside Benefit Mankind, an international aid relief and development organisation, located in the United Kingdom. Currently, collections are being made for emergency aid, which includes food, water and temporary shelter with medical aid. Please donate generously and also encourage your forms to raise as much money as they can. Due to the nature of this appeal, all monies should be received by Monday 20th February. We are accepting all Lillah, Zakat and Sadaqah for the appeal.
