To celebrate Roald Dahl day, pupils engaged in a myriad of activities across their subjects. In Science, pupils determined the precise number of helium-filled balloons required to elevate a peach into the sky- an endeavour that the pupils were highly engaged in. Pupils also created profiles of characters, such as exploring the physical development of the infamous character ‘Matilda’ in their Health and Social Care lessons. In Maths, pupils applied their numerical acumen to solve problems linked to Roald Dahl’s stories. Pupils also designed their own book cover for their favourite Roald Dahl book to showcase their creativity and literary passion.
