Wednesday 24 April – Parent Workshop – Presentation on Gangs and Knife Crime

Parent workshop 3 – Deepdale Mill Building 5.15pm – 6.00pm

As we are all aware, knife crime is a growing problem in this country and so we have asked Zahid Dudhia a Link Worker with Lancashire Police Constabulary to do a presentation for our parents. The event explored how young people can sometimes be drawn into knife crime by association, rather than being directly involved in knife crime themselves. In school, we will also be delivering this presentation to pupils in years 10 and 11. Parents of all year groups are welcome to attend.

We will have speakers of Urdu and Gujarati at the meeting for those who are more comfortable in those languages.
