Covid 19 School Catering Service
We are pleased to inform you that we are now able to introduce our pre-order meal app for catering. This will enable pupils to see the menu to pre-order their meals; reducing time in queues and ensuring they receive meals of their choice. For this to work smoothly, parents/pupils must pre-order their meal preferably for the whole week in advance, but no later than the day before they intend to access the canteen. If meals are not pre-ordered, we cannot guarantee a meal will be available for your child.
Unfortunately, due to the pandemic (Covid), the menu and access to the canteen has been restricted to maintain a safe operation. The parent app is easily downloadable via Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Please note when you request a new password, this will directly go to your daughter’s school email address and should be retrieved from there. Once a meal is ordered via the app it will automatically deduct the funds from your daughter’s catering account making the whole process seamless. Although the hot menu will be limited to once or twice a week for each year group, grab bags menu will be available to all throughout the week. However, these must also be pre-ordered via the app.

Your daughter may bring a packed lunch on her canteen days also, this can be eaten in the dining hall. We strongly discourage fizzy drinks, sweets etc. We recommend parents send their girls with healthy lunches consisting of fruit, sandwiches, healthy snacks and water. This will allow the pupils to concentrate and focus throughout lessons.
