Anti-Bullying Week 15 Nov – 19 Nov 2021

Anti-Bullying Week is an annual UK event held in the third week of November which aims to raise awareness of bullying of children and young people, in schools and elsewhere, and to highlight ways of preventing and responding to it.

The aim of the anti-bullying workshops/assemblies held during the week is to ensure that pupils learn to be supportive and caring in a safe environment without the fear of being bullied.

This should be understood by the whole school including parents, young people and all staff.

The events that took place during the course of the week are:

  • Monday 15th November –Anti Bullying stickers/Posters distributed to all pupils and Form Tutors to go through and discuss Power Point 1 ( Anti-Bullying – Week – Power point November 2021)
  • Tuesday 16th November –  Go through Power Point 2 ( Other forms of bullying PP November 2021 ). Encourage pupils to take part in the competitions, there are prizes to be won!
  • Wednesday 17th November – KS3 Assembly in hall -KS4 to go through Anti-Bullying Halaqah Power Point  
  • Thursday 18Th November – KS4 Assembly in hall –  KS3 to go through Anti Bullying Halaqah Power Point
